Your privacy is respected.

Information shared during psychotherapy is protected by applicable law.

.Information shared during coaching, workshops, teleclasses or group programs will be treated with respect and confidentiality; however, confidentiality cannot be guaranteed in any group setting. Participants agree to respect the privacy of all members.

Confidentiality & Duty to Protect

Your privacy and confidentiality are deeply respected.

Information shared during psychotherapy is protected by applicable federal and state laws, as well as professional ethical standards. Information shared during coaching, workshops, teleclasses and group programs will be treated with respect and discretion; however, confidentiality cannot be guaranteed in any group setting. Participants are expected to honor the privacy of everyone in the group by keeping personal information shared by others confidential.

Please be aware that there are important legal and ethical exceptions to confidentiality. As a licensed psychotherapist and mandatory reporter, Sue Waldman is required by law to take appropriate action when there is reasonable concern for the safety of an individual or others. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Suspected child abuse or neglect

• Suspected abuse, neglect or exploitation of a vulnerable or protected adult, elder abuse and animal cruelty as required by applicable law

• Serious and imminent risk of suicide or self-harm

• Serious and imminent threats of homicide or violence toward another person

• Court orders or other legal requirements requiring disclosure

When legally or ethically required, appropriate authorities, emergency services or other necessary parties may be contacted to protect the safety and well-being of those involved.

By participating in services, you acknowledge and understand these limits of confidentiality.

Teleconference Programs

Participants are responsible for:

• Calling in on time

• Maintaining a quiet, private environment

• Protecting their own confidentiality

• Having a reliable telephone connection

Recording any teleconference, workshop or group program without written permission is strictly prohibited.

Pink Light Sanctuary

Pink Light Sanctuary is a private wildlife reserve and healing space.

By visiting the sanctuary, participants agree to:

• Respect the privacy of the property.

• Follow all safety instructions.

• Treat the gardens, wildlife and natural surroundings with care.

• Respect other participants’ personal space and confidentiality.

• Assume responsibility for their own physical well-being while on the property.

Sue Waldman, Pink Light, LLC and Pink Light Sanctuary shall not be responsible for accidents, injuries, lost or stolen personal property or circumstances beyond reasonable control.

The sanctuary reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services when necessary to maintain a safe, respectful and healing environment.

Registration & Payment

Payment is required to reserve your space unless otherwise specified.

Registration is confirmed only after payment has been received.

Spaces may be limited and are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.

Refund Policy

All fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Intellectual Property

All written materials, presentations, meditations, guided visualizations, recordings, course materials, handouts, worksheets, logos, trademarks and original content remain the intellectual property of Sue Waldman and/or Pink Light, LLC unless otherwise stated.

No portion may be copied, reproduced, distributed, recorded or taught without prior written permission.

Intellectual Property & Recording Policy

All materials, presentations, guided meditations, visualizations, writing prompts, course content, handouts, worksheets, recordings, logos, trademarks, service marks and original teachings provided by Sue Waldman, Advanced Counseling & Coaching Services, Pink Light Sanctuary and Pink Light, LLC are protected by copyright and other applicable intellectual property laws.

Participants may not record, photograph, screenshot, videotape or audiotape any session, workshop, teleconference, class, retreat or presentation without the prior written consent of Sue Waldman.

Participants may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, upload, transmit, modify, share, sell, license, teach, repurpose or create derivative works from any program materials or proprietary content without prior written permission.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• The Wisdom Circle™

• A Meaningful Conversation with Sue™

• Guided meditations and visualizations

• Writing prompts and exercises

• Course curricula and educational materials

• Presentation slides, handouts and worksheets

• Original frameworks, methods and teaching content

• Audio and written materials

• Website content, graphics and branding

Unauthorized use, reproduction or distribution of copyrighted or proprietary materials may violate federal copyright law and other applicable intellectual property laws.

Right to Refuse Service

Sue Waldman reserves the right to decline, discontinue or terminate services when it is determined that the service is not clinically appropriate, therapeutically beneficial or consistent with maintaining a safe and respectful environment.

Changes

Terms and Conditions may be updated periodically without prior notice.
